I enjoy a heart-centered business working with growth-minded people, and it has completely changed my perceptions of what WORK can be.

I’ve spent decades studying how our health is impacted by stress, emotion, and habits.

I enjoyed a career working for two of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. Twice, I earned Sales Specialist of the Year, an enormous professional accomplishment that taught me the tremendous value in having a focused plan and a winner’s mindset.

After a decade of selling medications for Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Schizophrenia, ADHD, Bipolar, and Depression, I became serious about wellness.

I studied nature, psychology, coaching, plants, energy, relationships, neuroscience, and the human body - simply to have a greater understanding and appreciation of what it truly means to be well.
