SPRING

I stand in the last day of winter,
life springing forth under my feet.
Bring on the warmth and sunshine.
Be done with the snow and the sleet!

Closed eyes in quiet reflection.
Winters can be so dark and trying;
a challenge for mind and body,
to long for days that feel more satisfying.

Seasons pull us in and out of cycles.
Before you know, it’ll be fall.
Time is only a reflection,
a measure of how life moves through us all.

Spring is on her way!

Friday, March 20, 2026 @ 10:46 AM marks an official close to winter and opens the gate to a new spring.

If you’ve been needing some shake-up’s in your life, you just might get them!

March is a month created for change!

It was the first month of the ancient calendar, as it marked powerful new starts and the beginning of Spring.

March, which means “to walk” or “to trample on,” was named after Mars, the ancient Roman ruler of War.

While spring isn’t “war,” consider that it takes a tremendous amount of force to:

  • push new growth through the earth

  • warm the air

  • force buds through the tips of every bush and tree

  • create flowers from buried bulbs

  • and give life to things that were dormant and dead.

These things don’t happen through passive, gentle energies.

The energetic transformation is profound: from winter to spring, from death to rebirth, from slow to fast, from nothing to something.

It’s happening all around, so it must be happening within you, too.

  • What is pushing you to change?

  • How are you being asked to grow?

  • Can you feel the energy building?

Heart Warrior

It’s important to connect your personal force, willpower, and warrior energy to your heart.

Without the heart involved, the ego leads, and it is a selfish servant.

If led by ego, we end up in power struggles, wars, arguments, and divisions.

When aligned to the heart, though, willpower is a creative, protective, inspired, and powerful force.

The past few years have put heavy pressure on people.

Taking in conflicting information, disrupted routines, and health concerns have taken a toll on all of us.

All of that mental work is exhausting, and it does not provide the deeper levels of nourishment that we so desperately need at this time.

We must return to the heart.

To fight for what is right.

To fiercely pursue what we love.

To protect who and what we value.

To guard strong personal boundaries.

To move forward for good.

As your energy rises and you feel called to grow, move, or change, please do so with heart.

Neglecting the heart leads to regret.

If you’d like to have a more personal discussion about creating and defending a life you love, please book a session.

Stay focused on love as we spring forward!

Much love,

Jacquelyn Benjamin
