Day 40 - LOCKED IN
Write a quick letter to yourself.
Make a meaningful promise to yourself and put it in writing.
Hide the letter away somewhere so you will find it sometime in the future.
Keep your promise.
It takes roughly 66 days to create a habit.

Day 39- LACK
Is lack holding you back?
A lot of people think they lack something to build a better life for themselves.
They say a lack of time, knowledge/skill, energy, or money holds them hostage and keeps them stuck.
It’s not true, though. All of those things are abundantly available.
Today, if you start thinking:
The feeling of LACK is a hurdle meant to be jumped over, not a wall meant to block you
you’ll be focused on overcoming it.
Once more, the feeling of LACK is a hurdle meant to be overcome.
LACK is temporary, unless you don’t see past it.
LACK can be overcome, unless you don’t create a vision and action to see what happens when you solve problems for yourself instead of getting stuck in them.
Change your relationship to what you think you are lacking.
LACK is your motivation.
Now get over it.

Day 38 - Loving Me
Love yourself for who you are and all that you’ve been through.
Know your best traits and what you have to offer.
See that you are different and notice HOW you are different.
Write down 5 things you love about yourself.
“What I really love about myself is…”
Write down three things you love about someone else.
“I am noticing things I value in myself and others. I thought of you and I love that you …..”
Share it with them.

Day 37- Focused
Knowing what is for you and what is not for you is key.
How you act on that knowledge lays the tracks for your entire life.
Protect the life you’re building and keep moving in the right direction.
Don’t let yourself derail.
Have systems in place to keep on track.

Day 36- MASTER
Ever wonder why a bad day seems to get worse and worse and good days keep getting better?
It’s because
Moods are magnets.
Your mood is a magnet for the kinds of experiences you will have throughout your day.
Learn to master your moods and you’ll master your life.

DAY 35 - Forgiving
Forgiveness is one of the most challenging lessons in life.
It’s also the most freeing.
Forgiveness does not mean you are comfortable with what happened.
It means you’re not going to let it eat away at you anymore.
Who do you need to forgive?
Sometimes, it’s yourself.
Forgive.

DAY 34 - LOOKING AHEAD
Most people go through life one day at a time just seeing what happens.
A few people go through life with a vision.
Do you have a vision for your life or are you winging it?
On the road of your life,
are you the focused driver,
on cruise control,
or in a sketchy uber feeling lost?
Where are you heading?
Where do you see yourself in
1 year,
5 years,
10 years, and
25 years.

Day 33 - BREATHE
We live in a toxic world.
Breathing is one way we release toxins from the body.
Take a deep breath from deep within the lungs and exhale completely.
Take a deep breath from deep within the belly and exhale completely.
Focus on long detoxifying breaths today.
Breath is life.

Day 32 - PURPOSE
We are better when we have a purpose.
We need something that drives us forward or we will fall behind.
Some people are born with a purpose.
Others get to choose theirs.

If you are the king of your world, what kind of king are you?
What kind of kingdom are you building?
How do you rule?
How do you treat others?
