Days 21-30

Day 30 - FREE

Don’t keep having the same problem.

If you could solve the biggest problem in your life, what would the ideal solution look like?

If I ever want to __________, the first thing I need to do is __________.

Lock in.

Day 29 - STRONG

Love your legs.

There are lymph nodes behind the knees that are an important part of the immune system.

The calves act as a second heart pumping blood and lymphatic fluid through the lower part of the body.

Weak legs may be a sign of a weak heart.

Do calf raises, toe lifts, ankle circles, and heel raises regularly.

Walk, run, and squat.

Stay strong.

Lock in.

DAY 28 - LIKE THEM

Everybody doesn’t go at your speed.

Everybody isn’t on your path.

Everybody isn’t headed in the same direction that you are.

But some people are.

It’s commonly said that you are most like the five people closest to you.

Who are the 5 you are closest to and how are you like them?

How do you feel about those answers?

Lock in.

Day 27 - AN ANIMAL

We are all a little tame and a little wild.

Are you wild enough?

Are you too wild?

Are you tame enough?

Too tame?

What animal is most like you?

Consider body type,

routines,

diet,

energy expenditure,

social behaviors,

sleep, etc.

How would you survive in the wild?

Lock in.

Day 26 - I AM.

So many people live for other people’s approval.

So many people don’t approve of themselves.

It’s easier to create a life that you love when you know yourself and when you love who you are.

“I like who I am.

I love myself, too.”

Clean up any resistance there.

Lock in.

Day 25 - QUIET

At one time, there was no tv, radio, or social media.

A few generations ago, a person had to sit with their thoughts nearly all day.

Most people today can’t sit with their own thoughts for even one minute.

When is the last time you sat in total silence?

Can you do it for one full minute?

Can you sit in silence with no technology for 5 minutes?

Lock in.

DAY 24 - TALENTS

Talent is natural aptitude or skill.

What are your natural talents?

Are you using your talents to the best of your ability?

How can you use your talents?

Lock in.

Day 23 - Move on.

Release old regrets.

Regret is a drain.

What do you regret?

How can you move ahead and feel peace with it?

Being more intentional helps to prevent regret.

Lock in.

Day 22 - counting

1440.

That’s the number of minutes we each get daily.

420 minutes will likely be slept away (if you’re enjoying 7 hours).

Most people spend eight hours at school or work, which expends another 480 minutes.

540 minutes remain.

Some people are scrolling on their phones. Others are building empires.

What are you doing with your time?

Lock in.

Day 21 - In Motion

In the New Testament, Jesus was tempted for 40 days and 40 nights (Matthew 4:2).

There were 40 days between Jesus’ resurrection and ascension (Acts 1:3).

There were 40 days between you and your goal.

Now there are only 20.

How are you progressing?

I love hearing from you.  Some of you have paired these readings with some big goals!

Consistency is key.

Stay locked in.
