YOU ARE INVITED TO
an aromatic embodiment experience.
That’s a fancy way of saying:
Come relax with us
as we slow down, breathe better, experience aromas, and allow mind and body to become still.
Rejuvenate and nourish yourself nearly effortlessly during a guided aromatic journey with plant essences and aromas, each carefully selected to relax your nervous system and stimulate your pathways of natural healing.
You’ll walk away feeling refreshed and more connected, and if you’re interested,
you can craft and purchase your own custom-blended aromatherapeutic spray or inhaler to take home.
ALTHOUGH Only pure essential oils will be used in this workshop,
this may not be an ideal experience for those who are sensitive to aromas or who have severe allergies.

“Her delicate flowers open and are most fragrant at night, so harvesters handpick them overnight and into the early morning hours to capture their most potent aromas. This explains why Jasmine is a more expensive “oil” to work with. Often associated with love, this flower has been considered an aphrodisiac for centuries , and its remarkably distinct fragrance is commonly blended into perfumes adding notes of seduction and intoxication.”

“We need water.
We are made of water.
We should not be surprised that it can help us heal.
There is supportive science behind balneotherapy and hydrotherapy.
Because the skin is our body's largest organ, submersion is essentially full-body medicine.”

“As an aromatherapist I use the essence of pine most often to clear the air. This plant is a wonderful ally to help clear phlegm and congestion, and is an excellent choice for drying up the last days of a persistent, nasty cough.”
